As an AI Deployment Strategist at Fulcrum, you will work directly with the top 100 insurance brokerages to guide them through AI transformation, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and integration of Fulcrum into core brokerage systems and workflows. This customer-facing and product-facing role involves serving as a trusted advisor to brokerage executives, translating broker needs into solutions, and driving measurable business value and account expansion. You will collaborate with forward-deployed engineers and product managers to manage the full deployment lifecycle and lead strategic business reviews.
Fulcrum builds AI tools for insurance brokers, helping them scale their accounts without adding headcount by automating manual work across the full client lifecycle—covering sales, servicing, proposals, and policy checks. Its platform integrates seamlessly with existing systems like Outlook and AMS, delivering automated, polished outputs while maintaining enterprise-grade, SOC-2 compliant security. Fulcrum is designed to boost broker capacity, speed, and client experience, saving account managers 8+ hours per week.
