AI Engineer

This role involves building the governed foundation for AI across the firm by developing secure data access, standard tooling, and reusable AI services for a regulated trading environment. The engineer will work directly with traders and PMs to scope and deliver production-grade AI applications using agentic coding tools and firm-wide infrastructure. The position requires ensuring governance, driving reuse of engineering capabilities, and managing the graduation of successful applications to formal Technology ownership.
