BlueCrest Capital Management
The Technology PMO Lead will establish a clear view of the Technology portfolio, covering strategic initiatives, projects, and material BAU activity to improve how work is planned, prioritized, and managed. Working closely with the CTO and leadership teams, the role will align business demand with Technology capacity to enable better decisions, clearer accountability, and greater transparency. This position focuses on building a pragmatic PMO capability in a fast-moving hedge fund environment to support the speed and autonomy required by the investment business.
