AI Engineering Architect

The AI Engineering Architect is responsible for owning and building the internal AI tooling and infrastructure that accelerates product development, focusing on agentic coding, evaluations, and automation of engineering workflows. This role involves identifying and removing AI-addressable bottlenecks in the engineering process while making critical model and provider selection decisions. The position requires driving a target of 5x development acceleration and continuously evaluating new AI-assisted development practices to measure their impact on velocity.
