About this role
The AI Model Validation Associate/VP is part of the Enterprise Risk team within Risk & Quantitative Analysis and performs independent reviews of AI/ML models used across BlackRock, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and NLP systems. The role contributes to the firm’s oversight of corporate entity risks (operational, technology, vendor, model and market risk) and supports quantitative estimation of capital adequacy requirements. The position is based in the GGN office and participates in BlackRock’s hybrid working model.
