Connecteam is seeking a product-first, AI-native Data Analyst to shape how the Product organization understands signup, activation, feature adoption, and launches. This high-ownership role combines strong business judgment with deep technical capabilities to contribute to strategic initiatives and help shape decision-making across the company. The position involves working closely with Product Managers, engineers, and senior leadership to translate complex analysis into practical business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers to define events, funnels, and activation criteria
Analyze signup conversion, feature adoption, and retention metrics
Build and maintain Looker dashboards and extend dbt models
