AI Operations Lead

This role leads the AI Operations function responsible for the operational lifecycle of AI/ML models serving the telco's production agents. The position oversees model deployment through CI/CD toolchains, ensures platform stability and performance monitoring, and manages model lifecycle controls including versioning and governance. The role also involves leading a team of MLOps engineers across HQ and offshore locations.
