AI Platform Engineering Lead

The AI Platform Engineering Lead serves as the senior technical authority for AGF's AI initiatives, defining blueprints, owning platforms, and providing the engineering environment needed to responsibly scale AI across the organization. This hands-on role involves designing reference implementations, building shared components, and establishing standards for AI solutions while mentoring engineers and advising senior leadership.
