Client Service Representative

AGF is seeking experienced Client Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to financial advisors and investors. The role involves handling account, transactional, procedural, and product inquiries primarily by phone, while maintaining professionalism and up‑to‑date product knowledge. Candidates will work a hybrid schedule, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with three days remote and two days in the downtown Toronto office.
