About this role

As an AI Product Manager on the Paradox team at Workday, you will own the product lifecycle for core LLM-powered capabilities across candidate and recruiter experiences. The role involves driving product discovery, defining requirements, and performing hands-on AI evaluation, including reviewing LLM outputs and data labeling to refine prompts and system logic. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to ship consumer-grade, AI-first experiences that streamline recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle for core LLM-powered capabilities across candidate and recruiter experiences
Drive product discovery and define requirements while partnering with engineering and data science teams
Perform hands-on AI evaluation by reviewing LLM outputs and conducting data labeling to identify gaps
Translate evaluation insights into concrete changes to prompts, data, workflows, and system logic
Define product vision, goals, and roadmaps balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business impact
