AI Security and Safeguards Program Lead

This role is responsible for establishing and executing Finance of America's AI security program, ensuring the safe adoption of artificial intelligence across customer-facing and back-office processes. The position involves designing controls, conducting technical security testing, and leading a team to mitigate risks to borrower data and regulatory standing. The incumbent will serve as the enterprise subject matter expert on AI security, integrating safeguards into governance processes and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational resilience.
