About this role

The Security & Identity Lead owns the security architecture, identity management, and compliance posture for Rimini Street's Agentic ERP Platform. This role involves designing authentication and authorization frameworks, ensuring AI agent interactions meet enterprise standards, and producing audit evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. The leader manages a small observability and governance team while collaborating with engineering partners across the organization to secure cloud-native, multi-tenant environments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement platform security architecture covering authentication and encryption
Build IAM solutions including SSO, OAuth, and SAML integrations for enterprise customers
Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for AI-specific security vulnerabilities
Lead observability and governance functions to produce defensible audit evidence
Manage and mentor a high-performing security and compliance engineering team
