About this role

The Support Engineer, FCUBE Technical role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of the Oracle Flexcube Universal Banking System in production environments. This position involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and providing L2/L3 support for banking modules within an AMS environment. The engineer will also develop customizations, interfaces, and enhancements while resolving complex technical issues within established SLAs.
