AI/ML Engineer

FICO is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and operate a vector‑database‑backed retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) system that powers automated root‑cause analysis for its incident‑response platform. The role will own the end‑to‑end pipeline—from embedding generation and vector indexing to prompt engineering, confidence scoring, and production monitoring—ensuring strict multi‑tenant data isolation and high‑quality, structured RCA outputs.
