About this role

The Alpha Conversion Lead supports and coordinates planning and execution of end‑to‑end and middle‑office record‑keeping conversion activities for client programs. Working with the VP Conversion Manager, they drive conversion planning, data mapping, issue resolution, and lead global conversion teams through events such as dry runs, rehearsals and go‑live, while managing client relationships and occasional travel.
