Alternate Safeguarding Lead

Copleston High School is seeking a committed Alternate Safeguarding Lead to join their safeguarding team, supporting vulnerable students and families within a large secondary school. The role involves working alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead to promote a strong culture of safeguarding, manage concerns, and provide targeted support and intervention. This position requires building positive relationships with students, families, and external professionals while maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information professionally.
