Safeguarding Lead

The Safeguarding Lead is responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of all children and young people across the provision, ensuring statutory requirements are met and supporting staff with safeguarding concerns. The role requires a proactive, child-centred approach to embed safeguarding throughout the organisation and protect vulnerable pupils, particularly those with SEND, SEMH, and complex needs. The postholder will work closely with external agencies to ensure pupils receive the necessary support.
