Ambtelijk Secretaris

As an ambtelijk secretaris, you will support two works councils (OR CDI and GOR D&O) within the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, acting as a key liaison between the councils and management. You will handle secretarial, organizational, and coordinating tasks, including preparing meetings, advising on works council regulations, and managing communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of the Works Councils Act (WOR), and the ability to navigate complex governmental processes.
