The Ambulatory Care Pharmacist — Heme/BMT provides longitudinal outpatient medication management for patients with hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant needs at the Werner and Buffett Cancer Center. The role supports care across pre-treatment, active therapy, transplant, and long-term follow-up within a multidisciplinary, high-acuity ambulatory setting.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (ACPE)

- ASHP PGY1 or PGY2 Residency
- 4 Years Pharmacist Experience in Relevant Area
- Nebraska Pharmacist License
- Basic Life Support (AHA)
- Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) Certification (Preferred)
