About this role

The AMI Data Intelligence Lead serves as the primary analyst for time-critical Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) data intelligence within Eversource's Meter Data Center of Excellence. This role develops analytical techniques and delivers trusted reporting that supports leadership decision-making, regulatory responses, and the escalation of emergent data issues. The position includes formal supervisory responsibilities to mentor direct reports and provide strategic guidance on complex AMI data challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead development and validation of complex AMI reports and dashboards
Ensure data quality and accuracy across high-visibility reporting outputs
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to assigned team members
Partner with stakeholders to synthesize technical data into actionable insights
Serve as the primary point of accountability for regulatory inquiries

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Engineering or related disciplineFive plus years of related analytical experienceElectric utility and AMI experience
