About this role

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Investigate and resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies by collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
• Submit and track customer Requests for Quotation within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Review and process purchase orders including acknowledgment, verification, and timely invoice generation
• Manage sales orders across multiple business groups while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
