Arcesium is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to support the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations across its operating jurisdictions. The role involves processing payroll inputs, reconciling registers, managing statutory filings, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong knowledge of India tax regulations and experience with payroll systems like ADP, Oracle, or Tally.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll inputs and validate data accuracy for compliance
Compute and remit statutory dues including PF, PT, and TDS
Reconcile payroll registers against general ledger and support audits
