Analytical Sciences Team Lead

This role leads a team of analytical scientists to support the development of new OTC drugs, cosmetic products, wellness products, and medical devices within the Haleon R&D organization. The position focuses on delivering projects and initiatives for NA Wellness R&D, overseeing the exploration of new technologies, and ensuring compliance with GMP, ICH, and R&D policies. The role requires close collaboration with New Product Development, Quality/Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to drive innovation and growth.
