Animal Care Supervisor

The Animal Care Supervisor serves as a guiding force behind the animal care team at East Bay SPCA, assisting the Shelter Manager with overall supervision to ensure excellent animal care. This leadership role is responsible for managing cleanliness, ordering supplies, and improving processing efficiency while sharing responsibility for staff recruitment, training, and development. The position plays a key part in continuously improving the shelter experience for both clients and animals.
