AOD Wellbeing Navigator Peer

This role guides individuals with experience of alcohol and other drugs through evidence-based care and support, helping them achieve wellbeing and optimal community participation. The position involves walking alongside participants from initial engagement through to care planning, education, and capacity building. It is part of a multidisciplinary team focused on mental health improvements within the community.
