Wellways is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Worker to join the Mildura Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) team, delivering short-term, sub-acute mental health support for individuals transitioning from inpatient settings back into the community. The role focuses on strengthening recovery, promoting independence, and helping individuals achieve fulfilling lives through person-centred services. This position involves collaborating with clinical partners, participants, and families to facilitate group programs and provide supportive keywork sessions.
