Application Security Lead

The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on execution, spending about 60% of the time on application security testing, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, code reviews, AI/ML security testing, and automation, and the remaining 40% on managing the AppSec domain, leading a team, defining strategy, and coordinating with stakeholders. The leader will drive the application security program across products and platforms, mentor engineers, and embed security controls throughout the software and AI/ML development lifecycles.
