About this role

An Application Support Engineer will act as a technical detective to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems, focusing on secure device management. The role involves the day-to-day administration of Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, including device enrollment, profile configuration, and application lifecycle management specifically for Android Enterprise rugged and dedicated devices. Engineers will coordinate with OEM vendors like Zebra and Honeywell to troubleshoot warehouse and frontline operational environments while ensuring strict security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Administer daily operations of Workspace ONE UEM console for global deployments
Manage device enrollment and staging for Android Enterprise in warehouse environments
Configure complex device profiles including Wi-Fi authentication and security policies
Coordinate large-scale OEM device rollouts for Zebra and Honeywell hardware
Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot critical system issues
