About this role

The Applied AI Engineer will join the Beneficial Deployments team to maximize the impact of Claude in the life sciences by building technical infrastructure and prototyping agents alongside flagship research partners. This role involves understanding scientific workflows end-to-end, developing reusable ecosystem tools like MCP servers and benchmarks, and creating documentation to help partners self-serve. The engineer will identify deployment challenges in life sciences and feed findings back to product and research teams to accelerate scientific progress.
