Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting and qualifying Australian mortgage and secured loan enquiries before scheduling appointments with the Manager or Back End team. The role involves collecting detailed information about each client’s financial circumstances and secured loan requirements, obtaining relevant supporting documents, and preparing a complete client summary for further assessment. This position requires experience in Australian mortgage or secured lending and the ability to ask detailed financial and property-related questions.
