Apprentice Meat Cutter

This 36-week apprenticeship program offers individuals the opportunity to learn the traditional skill of meat cutting by working alongside experienced meat managers, sausage makers, and cutters. The role focuses on mentoring participants to ensure the quality, freshness, safety, and profitability of Harmons' fresh cut meat products. Upon successful completion and certification, apprentices may receive a raise and be placed into a permanent position within the meat department.
