About this role
The Apprentice Nurse Program at Baystate Health provides nursing students enrolled in an accredited RN program the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-acuity adult Emergency Department. Apprentices work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to develop clinical confidence, communication, and organizational skills while being exposed to a wide range of diagnoses and care processes.
