APS Case Worker

The APS Case Worker receives and responds to intakes, referrals, and crisis situations under the supervision of the Adult Protective Supervisor. The role involves assessing reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, conducting casework, and completing documentation in accordance with Illinois Department on Aging guidelines. This position carries out case managing responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
