APS Case Worker

The APS Case Worker receives and responds to intakes, referrals, and crisis situations under the supervision of the Adult Protective Supervisor. The role involves assessing reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, conducting investigations, and managing cases in accordance with Illinois Department on Aging guidelines. This position requires coordinating client services, completing necessary documentation, and participating in crisis interventions and case planning.
