A/R-Collections Assistance

The role supports the Billing & Collecting department by handling accounts receivable collections tasks such as updating green sheets, downloading correspondence, assisting with reconsiderations, rebilling, and processing insurance pending accounts. The employee also provides backup support for records requests, payment posting, and reviews denials, while maintaining confidentiality and strong interpersonal relationships.
