The A/R Analyst ensures accurate and timely processing of collections, credits, reconciliations, and chargebacks while monitoring and improving AR procedures to increase efficiency. The role supports month-end reporting, audit requests, and development of AR policies and SOPs. The analyst partners with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing disputes and reduce days sales outstanding.
