Area Coordinator

The Area Coordinator serves as a key liaison supporting the Supervisor in managing daily production operations, with a primary focus on leading associates to achieve safety, quality, and performance targets. This role involves team leadership, production scheduling, enforcing standards, and driving Continuous Improvement using WCM/lean tools. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least three years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
