Area Coordinator

The Area Coordinator serves as a key liaison supporting the Supervisor in managing daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, and performance targets. This role leads associates through team leadership, production scheduling, and the enforcement of standards while driving Continuous Improvement using WCM/lean tools. The position requires a High School Diploma and at least three years of team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
