Area Leader Trainee Intern

The Field Operations Internship Program is a paid summer internship at 7-Eleven that immerses undergraduate and graduate students in the company's retail operations. Interns rotate through in-store experience, area leader shadowing, virtual classroom training, and Store Support Center orientation to gain exposure to franchisees, store leaders, and operations support teams. The program culminates in a project assignment and case-study presentation.
