About this role

The Area Manager oversees the sales and operational performance of multiple branches within a defined geographic area. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role leads and develops Branch Managers who own their branch P&Ls and teams across sales, warehouse, production, and administration. The position ensures optimal use of assets and personnel, adherence to corporate policies, and maintenance of quality and HSE standards. It operates in a fast-paced industrial environment and requires frequent interaction with branches, fabrication shops, and customer facilities.
