About this role

This role involves taking on a technical leadership position within the Test Development Engineering team to architect and deploy Automated Test Equipment solutions for complex ASICs and SoCs. The engineer will manage the end-to-end test development lifecycle, from pre-silicon DFT engagement to post-silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing release. Collaboration with design teams, OSAT partners, and internal stakeholders is essential to ensure robust test solutions and manufacturing success.

Responsibilities

Architect and develop complex ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test
Lead first-silicon ATE bring-up and validation of complex networking processors
Partner with DFT teams to define testability requirements and evaluate test coverage
