ASL Linguistics Intern

The role is a 6‑month internship focused on glossing and annotating ASL classifier video data to support an English‑to‑Gloss translation model and avatar signing pipeline. The intern will design annotation schemas, label features, conduct minimal‑pair analysis, and help create evaluations, culminating in a classifier inventory demo. Candidates should be native‑level ASL signers with a background in linguistics, computer science, or data science.
