About this role
A 16-month Co-op position at Raytheon ELCAN within the Assembly & Test Engineering group, offering hands-on exposure to optical and opto-electronic systems development and manufacturing. The student will interface with Sales, Supply Chain, Design, and Manufacturing teams at a vertically integrated facility in Midland, Ontario. This role provides practical experience in engineering processes and product development in the aerospace and defense optics domain.
