Assessment Design Lead

The Assessment Design Lead will define and oversee the creation of speaking assessments, ensuring they accurately measure constructs like fluency and pronunciation and align with standards such as CEFR. This role will partner closely with product managers and ML engineers to develop valid, reliable, and fair assessment rubrics and scoring models, and will be responsible for the overall quality and validity of the assessments shipped.
