Assessment Specialist

This role provides comprehensive evaluations for both inpatients and outpatients to ensure accurate patient placement and adherence to state, federal, and CARF standards. The position involves coordinating admissions, maintaining accurate records, and representing the organization's mission through community engagement and educational presentations. The incumbent will also assist with telephone services and facilitate family groups as assigned.
