About this role
The Assignment Ready Counselor (ARC) provides short-term, surge, and on-demand non-medical behavioral health services to military service members and their families at military installations. Positions cover periods such as summer break and may be assigned to schools, youth programs, camps, or community readiness centers as temporary coverage. The role supports both child/youth and adult populations and interfaces with installation points of contact to ensure program delivery across varied military settings.

Qualifications
