About this role
Mission Ready Reserve Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) supporting Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson provides non-medical, preventative counseling to Service Members and their families on a flexible PRN basis. This interim, assignment-ready role focuses on delivering counseling across military installations, schools, and community settings without insurance paperwork or extensive administrative burdens. Counselors must be local to the base (within 50 miles) and available to accept short-notice assignments.
