Assistant Community Manager

This role supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the apartment community, including accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The position involves processing rent and invoices, managing resident accounts, and ensuring compliance with lease terms and company policies. The Assistant Community Manager also acts as the on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence and assists with leasing and marketing efforts.
