Assistant Director Food & Beverage

The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the daily operations of dining, banquet, member events, and on-course outlets at TPC Potomac, ensuring sales, profitability, and satisfaction goals are met. This hands-on leadership role involves building member relationships, developing staff, and maintaining high hospitality standards across all service areas. The position requires close collaboration with the Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef, and other department leaders to coordinate service execution and uphold operating standards.
