The Assistant Director of Employer Relations serves as the primary representative of the Career Center, building and expanding strategic partnerships with employers, alumni, industry partners, and community organizations to enhance career opportunities for students and graduates. The role focuses on employer outreach, event planning, campus collaboration, and data management to drive internships, full‑time employment, and experiential learning experiences.
